When you order an item from Brenda’s Online Store, we can ship it anywhere in the United States using the United States Postal Service.
Domestic shipping – The cost includes shipping and handling. You have a choice of Flat Rate $25.00 (Priority mailing) or a per item charge of $6.00 for first item and $2.00 per any additional item. Although the system is not set to cap off shipping at $25.00, any cost over the $25.00 for domestic shipping will be refunded back to you when you purchase 8 books or less. If a large size box is used (non-flat rate) the normal shipping cost will apply and there is no cap.
International shipping – Because our postal rates are based on United States shipping, international shipping may require an additional fee. We will not be able to determine the fee until the order is processed. The flat rate of $15.00 is required for all international orders. If an additional amount is needed, you will be advised of the amount. This additional amount will be required before we can finalize the shipping of your order.
When you place an order and pay by Pay Pal (with the exceptions of e-checks which requires 3-5 days clearing time), your order will be shipped from our office within 72 hours. If you use the Flat Rate (Priority), you will receive it within 2 – 3 days. For all others, the First Class rate applies, which takes an approximate 5 days from the date it is shipped.
NOTE – These delivery times do not apply during peak times. Peak times are defined as a period of time when a new book under the Madaris Publishing Company is set for for pre-orders. During those times you will be given an approximate date your order will be shipped.
Orders paid by money orders will be shipped in a timely manner once the money order is received. Printed order form must accompany all money orders.

You will be notified when your check is received by us. Please allow an additional 10 business days for your check to clear your bank before we can process your order. Printed order form must be included with your order.

Returned checks are handled by GLOBAL CHECK RECOVERY and are subject to electronic redeposit without further notice.
Recovery fees as allowed by state law are assessed and may be debited from your checking account. 1-866-524-3339. An additional fee of $30 is assessed to all returned checks.
You may return any item to us within 10 days of delivery for a full refund (Clothing items cannot be worn prior to returning). We will also pay the shipping costs for the replacement item if the return is a result of an incorrect or defective item.
You have a choice of receiving a refund or in-store credit. If you choose a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of us receiving your returned item. We ask that you notify us at our email address – BrendaJacksonOS@aol.com to let us know you are returning the item and the reason why it is being returned. That way we can be on the lookout for the item and expedite the handling of your order.

All orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Delivery confirmation is included with every order that is shipped. Upon request, we will supply you with your tracking number. If an item is lost during shipping via the U.S Postal Service, we will replace at no cost to you. However, if the Postal Service confirms that the item has been “Delivered” but for some reason you indicate that do not get the item (taken from your mail box, destroyed by your pet, taken by another family member, etc), we are not obligated to provide a replacement. Upon written notice from your Post Office that the order was not “Delivered” as the Post Office had originally confirmed, we will replace the item and resend.
RETURNED TO SENDER
If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address that you supplied, or the item was unclaimed, you will be required to bear the cost to have the item reshipped.
